There are literally thousands of sites where you can submit your articles. Articles submission is an inexpensive way to increase traffic to your site and can establish your credentials as a writer and "expert". Most sites don't charge you to submit your articles but there are strict guidelines for what they will not allow. There is no guarantee they will publish but any decently written article.
